Payment for the weekly/monthly service must be received in full prior to the start of cleaning. Additionally, it is the client's responsibility to ensure safe and unobstructed access to their yard for our team. This involves:

•  keeping the yard clear of obstacles such as leaves, branches, ice and snow 
• removing any items such as lawn mowers and snow blowers that may block access. 
• Please ensure that gates or fences are unlocked or a key is provided for entry.

The time of day and day of the week are not guaranteed due to the unpredictability of weather and traffic. A fee will be charged for each additional dog added during the contract period. It is the client's obligation to inform theSCOOP of any extra dogs residing or visiting the property. Neglecting to do so may lead to immediate termination of services without a refund.
